Hello, my name is Red León and I am your knife sharpener at Trulysharp LA Knife Sharpening Service. I bring you years of experience as a  professional knife sharpener, a professional  toy and film character sculptor, a fine art painter,  a chef, a vegetable and fruit gardener, and as a maker of many wonderful things. I created my knife sharpening company due to recognizing a need in our community for a quality sharpening service.

My previous professional work entailed creating prototypes  with engineers, that required high skill and precision, in order to deliver the highest quality product. What this means, is that your knives are in good hands, and will receive the highest of care.

Everything I know to produce a high quality product carries over into every knife I sharpen. Whether it is a $1,500 custom knife forged in Japan, or your work horse kitchen knife, all knives receive the utmost quality attention and care, to give you the performance you need in your kitchen.
